Spread your wings and fly! Take advantage of the growing demand for pilots to serve as leaders in aviation and aerospace. Your academic education is coupled with flight training, run by our industry partner, Journey Air, at the Windsor International Airport. We’ll put you in a plane in your first week of school.
Sample Courses: Practicum in Professional Development (Flight Training), Atmosphere and Climate, Learning Organizations: Management and Leadership, Introduction to Business
Career Tracks: Commercial or private pilot, flight dispatcher, aeronautical engineer, airport manager, air safety specialist
Course Requirements: One of Physics/SPH4U, Advanced Functions/MHF4U, Calculus & Vectors/MCV4U or Math of Data Management/MDM4U. English/ENG4U.
Minimum Average: 70%
Mean Average (Entering Fall 2019): 79%
Note: Transport Canada Category 1 Medical Certificate; Transport Canada Formal Aviation Language Proficiency Demonstration; Supplementary Application Form: short essay questions.
